LinkedIn Hashtags and follower counts

When you write content on LinkedIn one of the ways to let readers find you is by including hashtags. So it can be a good idea to check which keywords are followed by many people and which are followed by only a few.

There might be an API to fetch this information or there might be a site that shows me this information, but I am not aware of any of that. Besides, I like to have a snapshot of this data. This is not a comprehensive list, just the keywords I am interested in.
